THIS SATURDAY: Art for Art's Sake and Freret Market Anniversary Block Party

There is a lot happening in the Crescent City this weekend! Be sure to stop by the Freret Market Anniversary Block Party this Saturday afternoon, and visit art by mags! and Bayou Salvage. Saturday evening is the city-wide arts event Art for Art's Sake. There is a free block party on Julia Street, art openings all over the city, and Unique Products will be at 2038 Magazine Street. Come out and enjoy the beautiful fall weather!

Freret Market Anniversary Block Party
WHERE: Freret and Napoleon in the 4400 Block of Freret
WHEN: Saturday, October 4th, from noon to 5pm
WHO: NOCM members Bayou Salvage and art by mags!
WHAT: They're shutting down the street to celebrate the first anniversary of the Freret Market, with over 100 vendors, the Big Easy Rollergirls, pet adoption areas, and free live local music on two stages.

Art for Art's Sake
