Recycle for the Arts - Call for Artists!

WORN AGAIN NOLA II – A recycle fashion show. Designers have 10 days to take the random bag of recycled clothing and materials we give them and create NEW, ORIGINAL, and MIND BLOWING fashions to rock our runway. Registration ends June 7. $10 registration fee.

WORN AGAIN Jr. – artists 8 – 15 years of age will have the opportunity to take the Worn Again challenge. Recycle for the Arts will be offering these young designers free sewing tutorials leading up to the event. Registration ends May 10th. Class space is limited. $10 registration fee. Kelly from Claverie Crafts as well as her mom, Judy Claverie (local costumer) will be leading the classes.

Thrift Store Art Edit - artists have 2 weeks to revamp a random piece of thrift store art. Registration ends June 7. $5 registration fee.

Recycled Dance Competition – 10 teams with a minimum of four brave souls will receive a mystery dance routine and three weeks to learn the routine and wow the Worn Again after party! Registration ends June 7. $10 registration fee.
